Vertical breast lift. Lipo full abdomen, flanks, inner thighs. 400 cc per breast transfer. Live my new body. Lipo was high def w ab etching. Recovery isnt easy but not terrible. Dr kaila is amazing. Personable and listens, then delivers.

My MMO is scheduled for tomorrow! I'm very nervous. I am excited to have a "new body" but also want a smooth recovery since I have 4 kiddos to take care of.
The journey has been nerve wracking for me, I expected my surgery in July and it got fast tracked to May.
I'm currently 5' 4.5", weight is 185 rn. BMI 31.5
I check in tomorrow at 6:30 am. I have severe anxiety so y'all pray for me. I'll update again once I wake up and can remember.

I feel much better now. The worst part is my right upper thigh to my knee is both numb and on fire at the same time. The doctor said this is normal since my nerves are reattaching themselves.
It's by far the worst part of this journey. My breasts are swollen but not painful and my tummy tuck is feeling much better. Still very numb but nice and flat.
Finally had a bowl movement. I used my littles suppository to get things moving.
So far, I'm very happy and pain is about 3 to 3.5/10

I forgot to post my before looks so I figured I would post it now.
My Dr. did a great job. One breast is slightly larger than the other but I'm not mad about it. They look much perkier.
Today I was able to walk to the mail box and back. It was a super slow walk and I ended up taking a long nap after. Make sure you don't push yourself, I might have did too much. I'm completely off oxy but taking muscle spasm pills. My thigh is still numb/ tingling/ burning but I did get some feeling in my upper hip area.
I'm barely dripping fluid in my drain, avg about 25 ml. I hope they take it out on Thursday for my 1 week check up. I can't stand it! Lol it's not painful, just annoying.
I'm still sleeping a lot, my appetite is back to normal, and would say pain level hasn't gone above a 3/10. I'm currently less than 1 out of 10 and I've only taken my antibiotics, muscle spasm pills, and Tylenol (500 mg)today.

HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kaila at Athenix Portland. He is so personable, really made me feel heard when it came to my concerns.. he took time with me on the morning of surgery to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed and taken care of which I can’t say all of the surgeons at the Portland Athenix had done prior.

Had breast augmentation 2015, December, 1.in Sarnia Ontario. Dr Kaila was very friendly and the staff were professional, clean and had a wonderful recovery process with minimal pain. 13 years later and they are still awesome!

Wanted a TT and lipo to look good for myself. Im still recovering, I'm on my 3 weeks n 3 days. My belly button is good, still itching, Recommend::: walk, walk, walk, that will help a lot. I have my hubby always helping ..thank God. It's the recuperation time that you need to be..very patient.

Excellent. Professional and responsive. I knew exactly what I needed and he knew exactly how to achieve the result I desired. since my surgery I feel like a decade younger and more importantly I can see much better. I endured less pain than I expected and tge healing time was only two weeks for a good result.

There was some soreness and bruising, but no more than I expected. Happy with the results.
Plastic surgery isn't cheap, but I would say its worth the time and money spent.

I have always wanted a flat stomach , after having two kids I was left with loose skin and stretch marks and always felt uncomfortable in a bikini. I felt comfortable throughout my consultation, he listens, understands what my expectations are and has a lot of knowledge and experience. I had a wonderful experience with dr. Kaila and his team. I had breast augmentation and I am very very pleased with my results. He explained the risks and benefits to me as with surgery there ARE risks. I went ahead and am so happy I did, I've wanted breasts for years especially after having children. I am now 6 months post op and would recommend him to anyone looking for a Doctor with experience .
