aged 32 weigh 8st . Implants were mentor siltex round moderate gel 330g.Over the last 3yrs I've had 4 lumpectomys for benign lumps ,implants were put in during 4th surgery .Today I noticed a small white spot on my nipple and squeezed it , then from multiple "holes" in my nipple I had white discharge oozing out , there was at least a tea spoon worth of discharge that came out .my milk ducts were also removed during my 3rd lumpectomy in oct 2013, there was no smell from the discharge

Hi Tess,No cause for alarm, as this can be completely normal.  In addition, you have been followed very closely over the years and you are age 25-34, so young, and low risk for bad breast things.  However, keep your surgeon in the loop.  My questions would be:  any recent hormone medication, was the implant under the muscle.  So check it out.  All the best, "Dr. Joe"

Although it does not happen commonly, the stimulation of breast surgery may actually activate your milk ducts. This discharge, in this case, is self-limiting and should resolve spontaneously. However, if it persists, you should definitely return to see your surgeon to rule out other causes of breast discharge.

It is not uncommon to have this type of discharge after a breast augmentation. The Implant places pressure on the gland and ducts which can cause a discharge to be expressed. The additional factor of surgeries which cut through the tissue can add to it. Best to check with your surgeon for reassurance.

This can occur after a breast surgery it could be normal but in order to ease your worries you can go and see your plastic surgeon and he can take a swab and get sure this is not an infected discharge. Good luck!
