I’m a fairly hairy guy - chest, arms, legs - and also suffer from axillary hyperhydrosis. It is extremely severe and frustrating at times and, like others, I typically wear black or navy to mask this as best I can. My dermatologist mentioned MiraDry as an option, with the caveat that this would remove all of my armpit hair. This seems like it would look very odd. Does MiraDry indeed remove all armpit hair? If so, are there alternative treatments that don’t present this side effect?
