I am almost exactly 8 weeks post op from a chin implant and neck lipo. My face was long to begin with and now looks much longer. I am getting the Jay Leno affect in my chin and now it looks like I have small jowls too. I am only 33 and am slightly underweight, so it can't be fat. Is this permanent or is there still swelling that will cause this? I look like a chipmunk when I smile too. =( Please tell me that I can still have substantial swelling after this long...
