The right (picture left) corner of my mouth pulls very far when I talk or smile and it creates a weird overly exposed mouth corner. What are my options for fixing this? Botox? Orthodontic work? A gummy smile surgery only on that one spot?
Answer: Common issue Like right or left handedness, people are dominant on one side of their face. Some more than others. Botox or dysport uses to balance the facial muscles will be your best option. I would start with injecting the levator labii aliquae nasii on the side that pulls harder.

Answer: Botox Botox may help relax the one side of your mouth to create a more even smile. If your mouth is uneven when you aren't smiling, filler may be able to even it out as well. I would consult with your doctor to see what is the best option!
