I think I misspoke in my last question, I was wondering if because I was 30cc between my left and right side, now being 40cc difference between my left and right side(320/350 vs 345/385). That's normal to increase if I was only 30cc asymmetrical before? Or is the reason I’m noticing my left side bigger/droop lower is just maybe due to the revision. This is a follow up to an earlier question - read it here: https://www.realself.com/question/345cc-385cc-visibly-larger

Going larger may be too large for your base and then cleavage will be tight. Your surgeon who has measured you will be the best one to guide you to what size will fit your frame.
Because of the soft tissue, we have about 1 to 1.5 cm of wiggle room before the implant is too large for the base. Going up in profile will give a more narrow base to the implant. Your surgeon who has measured you will be the best one to guide you.
