3 years post op, 265cc high profile implants. What is my best option for more defined cleavage? (photos)

The only way to truly increase cleavage is using fat from the abdomen or thighs and injecting it into the areas that you want to create cleavage. A larger higher profile implant won't necessarily translate into more cleavage.

Going larger may be too large for your base and then cleavage will be tight. Your surgeon who has measured you will be the best one to guide you to what size will fit your frame.

I'm sorry but I cannot see much difference in your current breast cleavage and your wish picture cleavage. All of those wish photos are wearing a top. I would bet that your cleavage in a top looks just like theirs!

I feel that you have a pretty good result overall. There may be a slight asymmetry . The larger the implant the more fullness and better cleavage line you will have. I find that going up at least 100cc will help depending on how big you are willing to be. Less than 100 cc will most likely not give you what you are looking for.
