I currently have 265cc high profile implants done 3 years ago. It’s a nice shape however my body has grown since and I would like more definition especially in the cleavage line. My body is not that wide and at this time I already feel like my cleavage line is kind of narrow. My surgeon has now suggested 325cc high profile or 375cc ultra high profile. I want a more defined cleavage line but still natural looking with teardrop. Which would be a better option for my frame?
Answer: Size Going larger may be too large for your base and then cleavage will be tight. Your surgeon who has measured you will be the best one to guide you to what size will fit your frame.

Answer: Cleavage The only way to truly increase cleavage is using fat from the abdomen or thighs and injecting it into the areas that you want to create cleavage. A larger higher profile implant won't necessarily translate into more cleavage.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Jccccccc, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Cleavage with breast implants Dear Jccccccc, I'm sorry but I cannot see much difference in your current breast cleavage and your wish picture cleavage. All of those wish photos are wearing a top. I would bet that your cleavage in a top looks just like theirs!

Answer: Cleavage I feel that you have a pretty good result overall. There may be a slight asymmetry . The larger the implant the more fullness and better cleavage line you will have. I find that going up at least 100cc will help depending on how big you are willing to be. Less than 100 cc will most likely not give you what you are looking for.
