Asking for honest opinion. I am crying as I'm writing this. I had a surgery 2 years ago and wasn’t happy with the results at all, had indentation at the bottom of my breast and my nipped looked different. I went for a revision as I trusted the doctor but at this point I feel like I have been botched and the surgeon has treated me terrible since I have mention my concerns and the fact that my implant isn’t sitting right after the revision, he didn’t change the implant just tried to correct
Answer: Revision surgery Dear Dorabil, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Implants I would suggest meeting with another surgeon and getting an opinion about what can and cannot be done.

Answer: Botched and unhappy. What are my options? Thanks for trying to post even 1 photo, but it is out of focus and very grainy. Best to virtual consult with... I think revision of the higher N/A to gain symmetry with the lower N/A can be offered with either fat gratng to indented areas and scar revision. Again best to virtual...Fee from $6,000-$12,000.

Answer: Implant revision You have to feel comfortable with your surgeon. It does not appear to be "botched but scar and implant pocket revision may help you feel much more content about your appearance.

Answer: Revision Breast Operations Hello dear, I'm so sorry to hear you are crying as you write this question! Believe me, I've seen much much worse results throughout these years I've spent in this line of business. As I always say if there is a problem, there is also a solution! We, as experienced and professional doctors, fix other surgeons' unfortunate results. You are a good candidate for revision surgery. Your implants don't need to be changed since they are only two years old. The second important subject would be an areola revision. An appearance that you would feel better about can be achieved while correcting the bottom sides of the breasts. Implants can be re-positioned under the muscle to secure them and prevent them from moving around in your breast tissue so much. Your breasts still look beautiful, don't get your spirit down over this, please. It can be fixed with a good surgeon. Feel free to reach out to us if you wish to have an online consultation. Be safe, be happy.
