Asian rhinoplasty-- but I was born with a small hole at the tip of my nose? (Photo)

Hello! I've been doing a lot of research on getting an Asian rhinoplasty for multiple reasons, including augmenting my nose's bridge and tip. However, I was born with a small hole at the tip of my nose that I can squeeze every so often to push out any residual sebum (this isn't something that I need to do, especially not on a regular basis, but it may provide extra context on this defect). Does this make me ineligible for Asian rhinoplasty?
