Thanks for your question and uploading your photo. This would require an examination to determine your surgical candidacy. Have you had surgery before with an implant or had any filler placed? If not, this is likely a draining sinus cavity, this has can be addressed in surgery and should not preclude you from undergoing Asian rhinoplasty. I recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon.
