Answer: How many cc? There’s more to the picture than a numeric answer. In order for fat transfer to be affective there Hass to be not only fat to be grafted but also host tissue to support the graft. Ideally they should be in fairly close to equal proportion‘s. Over grafting more fat than the hose tissue can support leads to a decreased fat transfer survival rate. For example in the example picture you’ve posted the woman has substantially more subcutaneous fat and not only her buttocks but also in her thighs all the way down to her knees. without a solid layer of subcutaneous fat to graft fat into only modest amounts of fat can be grafted and be expected to survive. On top of this there is a difference of muscular skeletal structure between the two pictures you’ve posted. While women often have a different fat distribution than men the femininity is not only based on fat distribution but also muscular skeletal structure. My best guess is the amount of fat grafted in your example picture it’s probably around 1400 mL per side. I question if the result is simply the result of fat transfer or if there is pictur manipulation as well. The divergent angle from the knees up is quite drastically widened in the hyper feminized version. If this was all due to fat transfer then fat must’ve been transferred on the lateral thigh all the way down to the knee. if that was the case then I could see up to 2000 mL a fat per side having been grafted. When including the entire thigh, hips and buttocks those type of volumes can be grafted on a person such as the one in your example. That type of volume cannot be grafted on someone like yourself because there isn’t sufficient host tissue to support that volume of graft. At least not in a single session I’ve to transfer. In addition, you are a lean person lacking excess subcutaneous fat and harvesting anything close to resembling that much fat would not be possible. In your case it’s not possible to create a feminine figure like the one you’ve depicted. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
