Excess skin causing misshapen areolas after breastfeeding. How effective would an areola reduction be for me?

I'm 28 and breastfeeding significantly changed my breasts and I now have excess skin. As a result my areola are very oval shaped due to the skin not being taut. My nipples are more projected and also sunken into my areola. Would an areola reduction address these issues? Would they expand back post op? I am aware that my breast shape and size are undesirable. I'm only interested in addressing my areola\nipple issues though. My main concern is them being sunken in. TIA for any helpful input!
