I’m a 115 lb 19 year old and i currently have braces (i had an overbite/over jet which is basically fixed now) I currently have juvederm under my eyes and i just got botox and juvederm in my chin to even my structure out but i’m still not happy with it. i don’t even know what to ask for. my ortho has suggested to extract premolars but will it help this? i really wanted to target the dip between my chin and lower cheek aswell as the fat under my bottom lip, what should i look into?

The vertical length of your chin can be reduced with a reduction genioplasty. A wedge of bone tissue is removed and and the chin is stabilized with a small bone plate and screws. The projection of your chin needs to be maintained as the depth of your mentolabial fold is minimal.
