Sliding genioplasty, filler or implant? Rhinoplasty and need for lip lift? (Photo)

Fillers are a good temporary solution, and to get a better idea of what you might look like. But they have to be touched up every year and it will end up costing more than a surgery at some point. You are a good candidate for a genioplasty. This is a permanent procedure that allows us to pretty much put your chin in whatever position you like. By bringing it slightly forward and down, this would create more definition to your jawline and add balance to your profile. As for lip lifts in general, I am not a fan. They leave a decent scar on your face and the results are usually minimal. There is also no good way to reverse the procedure if you decided you did not like the outcome.

Thank you so much for your pictures. In my opinion you could do well with a sliding genioplasty to improve the profile. Additionally, I think a modest rhinoplasty would enhance your profile as well.
