Sliding genioplasty, filler or implant? Rhinoplasty and need for lip lift? (Photo)

Question

30yo female looking to improve side profile. Main concerns is weak chin, slightly protrusive profile and lack of nose bridge. Currently considering rhinoplasty and chin augmentation to balance out profile. I have thin gingival biotype. Will that be a concern for surgical chin augmentation approach? Should I stick to fillers instead?

Fillers are a good temporary solution, and to get a better idea of what you might look like. But they have to be touched up every year and it will end up costing more than a surgery at some point. You are a good candidate for a genioplasty. This is a permanent procedure that allows us to pretty much put your chin in whatever position you like. By bringing it slightly forward and down, this would create more definition to your jawline and add balance to your profile. As for lip lifts in general, I am not a fan. They leave a decent scar on your face and the results are usually minimal. There is also no good way to reverse the procedure if you decided you did not like the outcome.
