Hi All, So I am interested in having a genioplasty, chin implant or similar, so was wondering, based on the picture provided, what procedure would best harmonise my lower third and give me a more prominent chin and defined jaw? FYI I have had a rhinoplasty since this photo but have a beard now so need to use a photo of me clean shaven. Many thanks!
