I am a 32b (Victoria’s Secret). What cup size would I be if I got 300cc silicone implants?

Dear acrisp97,breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. Hi.  To appropriately discuss implant size and choice, you really need an in person evaluation by a plastic surgeon with good experience with breast augmentation.  Opinions and preferences will vary somewhat from one surgeon to another surgeon.  Personally I start with the base width of the patient as the starting point for the footprint of the future implant.  Tissue characteristics, and desired postoperative size, and patient anatomy all factor in to the proper selection of implant volume as well as profile.  A 300cc implant, for instance, will result in a different post operative cup size for different women, depending on their anatomy.  I go over all of that all in detail with my patients at the time of their consultation.
I would recommend consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon with good experience in this area.  He or she can thoroughly review the options with you so that you can make a good and well-informed mutual decision.

Thank you for sharing your question.  Breast implant sizing is an inexact science, relative to a woman's bra measurement, as there is no direct correlation between cc size and cups.  I would recommend choosing the implants that offer you the best visual look when trying them on in your surgeon’s office.  Hope this helps.

Patients often think in terms of cup size when considering augmentation. Unfortunately, devices are sized in terms of milliliters (cc) of volume. This can lead to some confusion when sizing. Additionally, it is important to remember that cup size itself is not standardized with variations from one manufacturer to another. Unfortunately, as many women can attest their cup size in an industry leader such as VS is not necessarily transferable to another brand.
Another point which is often under appreciated is that of anatomy and starting point. Any implant will add volume to the volume which is already present. The implant is additive. A particular volume will not necessarily confer the same cup size to different patients (often times it will not even confer the same cup size to different breasts in the same individual...remember they are "sisters" not "twins"). 
A general rule of thumb is that 125cc can represent somewhere between 1/2 to a full cup size increase. Smaller volume differentials (25-50cc) are typically less consequential representing a volume change of less than a shot glass. However, I have found these numbers, at least anecdotally, to be of little help. Patients often present with notions/goals which do not correlate with these sorts of sterile volumetric assessments.
When sizing patients, there are a number of useful tools including:
-3D imaging (has the added benefit of offering a volumetric analysis of the pre-operative breast)
-Breast sizers (rice bags)
-Goal photos
I also recommend that patients commit to a particular look rather than a cup size. Once a patient settles on a look that pleases them the overall cup size increase becomes less relevant.The key to obtaining a natural result is to stay within the parameters defined by your BWD. This will ensure that you avoid the dreaded "fake" look. 
With regards to your specific question, "natural" can mean different things to different patients. However, if you are seeking a volume which fits your frame (what most consider to be "natural") then respecting your BWD is critical. Smaller framed individuals, like yourself, rarely have large breasts "naturally." Thus if you are seeking a "natural" result, conservative sizing is best. Your volume options sounds reasonable. You may want to consider a high profile device.

Hello and thank you for your question.  It would be helpful to view pictures of your breasts and to know your individual breast measurements in order to determine if 300cc is right for you.  The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.  Make sure you
specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have
had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

But allow me to re-orient your thinking about what question you should actually be asking. Most women are familiar with cup size as the vocabulary of breast size. The problem is that there are wide variations in bra cup sizes between manufacturers, and the far more important question that most women are actually pondering is "What Size Should I Be?" In other words, what breast size would be pretty and proportionate and accomplish your goals for breast enhancement? This is best addressed with a review of photos between your and your surgeon of what you consider to be pretty and flattering and complimentary to your body proportions. In my own practice, looking "natural" and "unaugmented" is a priority for most of my patients and for me with my surgical goals.The much longer answer to your question is that you would most likely be a full C or possibly even a D cup in Victoria's Secret bras. But I would recommend that you allow yourself to focus less on bras and more on your nude appearance. On our own website we have a specific functionality that allows you to view women similar to your own dimensions and their before and after results with specific detailed information regarding the implants that they had inserted. My guess is you will be a D cup, but it will vary with what bra you are wearing since each bra manufacturer decides what a D cup means.  For your height and weight I think the range of 250 to 300 should give you a nice natural result.  Good luck!
