23day post breast implant surgery, foul discharge from stitch. Is this normal?

I had breast implant surgery 23 days ago. Yesterday i saw my surgeon showed my incision he said its ok. He suggested me to massage it. After massaging dried blood fell out. Today after massage, odor smell discharge coming out from my stitches and looks my stitches is opened. Seems like white thing exposed from opened area. Pls help me

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. It appears that you had a suture abscess take place where a suture piece worked its way out of your skin and caused the incision to open up.  I would see your surgeon for an in-person evaluation to make sure that all is well and so that they can offer you local wound care advice to have this heal sooner than later.

It is difficult to provide a proper assessment of the wound based on photos. I would recommend booking another follow up appointment with your plastic surgeon.They will be able to properly assess the area, monitor for any potential infection and if need be remove any sutures that may be protruding through and causing this opening.
