3 months post op, I have uneven breasts. Any suggestions? (photos)

Hello, it has been 3 months since my surgery. I had a submuscular procedure under the crease. My left is higher and less full than my right. Also, there is a huge gap in between my breasts. 325 cc in both breasts. Can you tell me a) if the breast still has time to drop or b) if this looks like uneven pocket work? Also, how do I address the large gap with my PS. Is this a poor result on their part?

Hello and thanks for your post. You had very large breast implants (500 cc). I notice more pain and soreness with bigger breast implants. I would recommend you call your PS and see what they recommend, but it seems reasonable to me for you to me more comfortable. Best, Dr. ALDO.
