I agree with my colleague. I think breast augmentation would be my best recommendation to give some balance to your frame.  This is a safe procedure that has stood the test of time since the 1960s. It is safe and has been continually improved and refined over the years.  I would recommend for sure silicone gel breast implants and under the muscle. I would see a board certified plastic surgeon in your area that devotes a significant amount of his or her practice to breast augmentation. I hope this helps!

 Breast augmentation with silicone implants could give you a figure, and improve your self confidence.I would recommend cohesive gel  implants for you as I find they have the least wrinkling in extremely thin chests. They also seem to shape the breast for patients such as yourself that dont have much breast tissue.
