I was promised that by the 29April I would be good enough to attend a wedding. Well this did not materialize, my neck is very wrinkled under the chin with scars Each time I question the doctor about this he says that my face is youthful. And that I should continue with skin tightening and the neck serum and other creams he sells. Is this normal

Please post some before and after pictures so we can see what you are referring to. Skin should really settle down nicely by now and your pictures will show the difference. I also am not sure what a trampoline neck lift is.
