Can lip fillers leak? (Photo)

Hey there  - thanks for the question!  It would be really rare for a large enough amount of filler to leak out to cause asymmetry. It would be more likely if the unevenness was due to bruising  - it should settle in another week or so - but if not I'm sure your injector would be happy to review.

This could be due to weeping of the injection site caused by inflammation and trauma. Fillers should not be able to move from where they are injected, especially once the injection site stops bleeding/clots/closes. Its still fairly early post treatment to be concerned with unevenness as there will be swelling and bruising, so i would wait about two weeks before returning to your practitioner for a follow up assessment.
