There are three ways to resolve this issue. One: liposuction. This will remove fat, and the skin may contract slightly. The problem with liposuction is you may have some residual excess skin. If this bothers you, this may require a thigh lift. This is the second option. The thigh lift incision can be placed high in the groin along the lower portion of the bikini line. This is called a crescent thigh lift. Another option would be to perhaps combine radiofrequency with thigh liposuction. this may help to tighten the inner thigh skin.

Thank you for your question. Upper inner thigh fat is a common complaint. It’s difficult to tell without examining you if this is fat or muscle. Typically there is enough fat in that area to perform liposuction which can decrease the bulk and give a “thigh gap”. The more invasive technique would be surgical excision of the fat, eighth I left. I do not think you are a good candidate for that as the scar burden would far outweigh the benefit. good luck
