Thanks for your question and helpful photo. You do have very pretty lips with a beautiful natural fullness. I would start with Botox for your gummy smile. It is something your experienced dermatologist will be able to do, and the results are temporary, so if you like it, you can get it done again, and if you don't like it for some reason, it is not a huge investment and will return to normal smile shape after a couple of months. It only takes a few units for a nice little correction of the gummy smile. As far as lip filler, you could always start with one of the nice natural looking HA fillers such as Teoxane RH2, Belotero, Volbella, or Restylane Silk or Kysse. They aren't too firm and last at least 6 months, so you could see if that gives you the look you are seeking. Please see an expert, and best of luck!

Hello and thank you for your question and photo. Yes, you are a candidate for filler and a neurotoxin like botox, dysport or jeuveau. Because you said you have a gummy smile, we inject botox for instance, next to each side of your nose where the muscle that pulls your upper lip upward. Botox causes the muscle to not lift up when smiling so your upper lip will still cover your gums when you smile.
