Procedures to reduce the look sagging/puffiness of the skin/fat adjacent to my mouth? Not related to ageing (Photo)

I'm planning on getting Restylane under my eyes, but I want to address my nasolabial fat/malar fat pads (unsure of the correct name, I've circled where I'm talking about in my photos). I used to have pretty chubby cheeks, but I lost a lot of volume directly under my cheekbones with puberty/weight loss, so now the fat adjacent to my mouth looks disproportionately large. I've looked into masseter botox (I'm on Vyvanse) but I don't want to lose any cheekbone definition. What are my options?

Yes, you can still have your filler treatment while on Finacea. Be sure to discuss all medications and supplements you take with your injector prior to treatment. Enjoy your Restylane results!
