You are a good candidate for under eye filler but you are a great candidate for PRFM (platelet-rich fibrin matrix). We would take your blood and spin it down into PRFM which has more rejuvenative ability than PRP (platelet-rich plasma) by itself. This will stimulate Collagen production under your skin and improves the area long term. You will likely need 2 treatments of PRFM for a more pronounced effect but it lasts for quite a while because it actually improves you from the inside out. Fillers will wear off in 9 months to a year, or less in some cases.
Zeomin is a different toxin because unnecessary proteins present in Botox have been removed. In that sense it is a cleaner product. People who find Botox not working anymore do tend to see success with Xeomin in my experience at my practice.
