Dear doctors I’ve been always insecure about how my knees looks. I’m very healthy. I work out, I weigh 118 pounds and I’m 5'6". But I always have these weird looking knees. I’m not sure if it’s fat or muscle or saggy skin? What are my treatment options? Will Kybella work? Thermage? Or what other treatment options available? I need your advice . Many thanks in advance

The area you are pointing to is the vastus medialis muscle, one of the quadriceps muscles. This is not fat. You have normal healthy strong muscles.
