Should I deny that I had a nose job?

arturador09
First off I must start off by thanking my surgeon for a great job! My nose looks great, not fake, natural looking, perfect to my eyes but I see a huge change in how my nose looked before to now after surgery. I only informed my close friends and wanted to keep my surgery on the down low but I feel as if you can easily tell I got a nose job. Should I deny I got any work done or be honest? As a side note, I must say I am not ashamed of the surgery, I just work with a lot of sh*** talkers :/
