I had a full face and neck lift w/fat grafting to upper cheeks and marionette lines 3 weeks ago. I did not have much overall swelling and virtually no bruising but am consistently swollen on one side of my face from cheek to jaw, with some on upper neck. That side of my face and mouth seems a bit lower with some lines still remaining. I'm concerned about one side being visibly different than the other. Could this be normal because that side needed more work? Could this be permanent?
