Yes, fat can be taken from the stomach. Keep in mind, fat transfer technique is important for successful fat transfer. I recommend water-assisted fat harvesting which gives pure fat to transfer and combine with platelet rich plasma (PRP) to get the most viable and sustainable fat cells and Sculptra, depending on area, to improve final results. A fat transfer will improve some of your concerns areas by adding youthful volume, but it cannot be the only procedure you have to get the results you want. To see real improvements in the chin, jowls and neck areas, you would do well to consider a facelift, mini facelift or neck lift. For your brow lines, a brow lift would also benefit you. A fat transfer, together with these procedures, would give you a long-lasting refreshed look.
