Yes, fat can be taken from the stomach. Keep in mind, fat transfer technique is important for successful fat transfer. I recommend water-assisted fat harvesting which gives pure fat to transfer and combine with platelet rich plasma (PRP) to get the most viable and sustainable fat cells and Sculptra, depending on area, to improve final results. A fat transfer will improve some of your concerns areas by adding youthful volume, but it cannot be the only procedure you have to get the results you want. To see real improvements in the chin, jowls and neck areas, you would do well to consider a facelift, mini facelift or neck lift. For your brow lines, a brow lift would also benefit you. A fat transfer, together with these procedures, would give you a long-lasting refreshed look. As far as costs, costs will vary widely depending on the procedures and surgeon you select as well as your location. What you need for dramatic and definitive results is a dual plane face and neck lift as well as fat grafting (the grafting is the icing on the cake). The main correction is the face and neck lift which will permanently eliminate your neck fullness and skin redundancy and tighten your jowls and nasolabial folds which have become prominent. A consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon would be very helpful.

simple fat grafting to your face will do very little for you and probably make you worse. You need an operation that removes skin and contours the fat on your face.  In doing so , adding a little fat to parts of your face might help, but not as a stand alone procedure.

I don't think there's a simple answer to your question and would recommend that you meet with several local board-certified plastic surgeons to discuss the multiple options that exist for you. Fat grafting alone will only provide a limited degree of help and in my opinion should be avoided especially between the brows and in the forehead area due to the risk of blindness. Laser peel might be a better option as is the use of botulinum and fillers. Consider your options carefully and make sure you find a plastic surgeon whom you trust.
