Got a beard transplant in Turkey 05-2017 but it looks unnatural. I’ve identified four problem areas with the hairline in photos (1-left cheek, 2-right cheek, 3-neck, 4-chin). I’m particularly unhappy with my chin, there are two obvious circles there. Is there a way to fix? Was thinking of either lasering (so hair grows back patchy but hopefully more natural) or to graft more hairs to my chin. Any advice is welcome. Also, not sure if it matters but i am asian so my hairs are straight and coarse.

Asian hair can be more difficult to make look "natural" due to the thickness of the hair shafts; Asian hair is in general very coarse even when it comes to single hair grafts so there is a chance for a more "pluggy" appearance at the edges  of a transplant. In your case, the edges or boarders that you have circles are a little harsh which makes it look more obvious. 5 months is early to determine if the results are satisfactory. Letting the hairs grow out rather than shaving closely may soften the appearance of the edges. Also SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation - a highly special tattoo process) may also help you achieve softer borders. I don't recommend laser at this point because it's not meant for spot treatment of hair.

You will need to have a close look at the artistic ability of the doctor you choose to have beard hair transplant. You would need a repair to make sure the design is something you are happy with and put you trust in someone to place recipient sites correctly to avoid a "transplanted" appearance.

Yes, the beard can be filled in after the grafts have grown out. At 5 months you are close to seeing the end result of the beard transplant
