Can I remove my beard transplant grafts by electrolysis? 4 months post. (photos)

I had my skin like this for 4 months after beard transplant. Would it be to stop the redness, and make my chin normal again as it es in the photos?As you can see my beard has 3 hairs in the same hole. Best regards
