What kind of surgery would I need for almond shaped or fox eyes?

Hi doctors. What kind of surgery would I need for lifted eyes. I can only find things about thread lifts, which I'm not interested in because of complications, and it doesn't last. I see surgery for sagging skin over the eyes. I don't have sagging skin, but I do have droopy eyelids and also the under eye is droopy. Thank you in advance!

Neurotoxin is the best place to start for wrinkle reduction in younger people. This has to be done in a thoughtful manner to avoid changing the shape and function of the lids and cheek. Upper and lower lid surgery do not change dynamic wrinkles. Best to see an eyelid expert.
