Could i have a ffs and or a Rhinoplasty? And if so what would you recommend for me? (photos)

For some context in asking becuse i was born with a facial deformity like a cleft palet but in my nose so i have a artificial bone from my skull in my nose, but recently ive cone to find out im trans and have money to transition and look a way where ill atleast feel more content with the way i present. Also im looking for a surgeon to have a ffs with so if your willing please add a price prediction please and lmk in the comments or dm me ty!

Hello,
You certanily have many options.  In general, for you, we would likely want to adjust your forehead / eyebros, revise your nose, adjust your jaw, and fill in your cheeks.
For your nose we'd want to reduce the bump, smooth out the nostrils, and narrow the nose.  For your eyebrows we want to raise and make them more symmetric as possible. Filling in your cheeks will make your eyes larger as well.

Since you have had a bone transplant to your nose, and examination would be necessary to determine whether or not rhinoplasty surgery would be feasible. Sometimes, the skin can score very densely to transplanted bone tissue making rhinoplasty surgery very difficult. Additionally, considerations need to be made as to why the bone graft was used in the first place. Please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialist so you could see whether or not nasal feminization surgery and corrective rhinoplasty surgery would be right for you. It would be in your best interest to contact craniofacial surgeon ( usually based in university center) for comprehensive evaluation of facial growth. Correction of lower jaw, midface and nose to improve facial balance and harmony is needed. Good luck.

I suggest having a few in person, consultations with plastic surgeons, who have cranial facial surgery background training. Sometimes these surgeons can be found at academic medical centers.
Look for plastic surgeons who are involved with cleft lip and palate surgery on a regular basis. This is often done as a team approach with many different medical specialties being involved, delivering the best care possible.
