Hello, I am nearly 8 months post op, nose looks good - though I am hoping it’ll continue to improve as I have thick skin. However, when I lightly touch under tip of my nose on the right side I feel sort of a tingling feeling that spreads upwards and inside. No such feeling on the left side. It persists since the surgery, I just assumed it was part of the healing process but I’m getting concerned as it hasn’t resolved yet. Feels a bit like pulling on a thread. What could that be?
