sorry for my scary eyes XDDD anyways, could this be made smaller by a lot? i have thick skin.

Maybe. One of our goals in rhinoplasty is to achieve harmonious dorsal aesthetic lines that are just minimally concave. In order to achieve that in your nose, the surgeon may have to use multiple tecniques the adjust the nasal width at the upper third, middle third, and lower third. Hope that helps.

Your tip can be redefined with a rhinoplasty. The bridge can also be augmented if you would like a higher bridge. See a very experienced surgeon who does many noses like yours and has excellent results.

Your tip can be reduced. But you should consider increasing the height of your bridge to help improve the proportion of your nose. Computer image may help your understand the overall effect that change will have.

A  Closed rhinoplasty procedure can address raising the height of the bridge to make it balance better with the tip. The nasal tip can also be reduced in size and width. Thick skin will be an impediment to seeing a very refined result in the tip.

Your tip can be reduced so it is proportional to the rest of your nose. As we said in a previous post, your bridge cam be augmented to improve projection and definition, this will also improve nasal proportions.
