Answer: Nasal harmony Maybe. One of our goals in rhinoplasty is to achieve harmonious dorsal aesthetic lines that are just minimally concave. In order to achieve that in your nose, the surgeon may have to use multiple tecniques the adjust the nasal width at the upper third, middle third, and lower third. Hope that helps.
