I had 375 hp silicone under the muscle areola incision. Then downsized to 295 mp silicone under muscle areola incision. I now have a horrible animation deformity. I would like them removed as I do not feel I am a candidate for above the muscle as I am thin and have little natural breast tissue (B before) Will removal of implants and stitching the muscle back fix my animation deformity? I have only had implants in for 6 months now. Downsized a month ago...it best to do this as soon as possible?

Answer: Animation Yes, removing your implants will eliminate this, but you must consider if it is worth not having implants. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). Answer: Animation deformity Dear mini556, in most cases, placement of implants above the muscle should resolve animation deformity. But if you don't want them placed above the muscle, them removal of implants is another option. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
