2 years post BA tubular breasts. Will my lower pole tighten again if they are removed? (Photo)

It is unlikely that the lower pole will tighten again since it was addressed surgically and has healed.  An exam is needed to help determine what you could expect from a shape standpoint after removing the implants.  A lift may be recommended once the implants are removed in order to achieve your surgical goals.

It is unlikely that your lower pole will tighten since it has been released and stretched with the implant for the past 2 years.  However, without a thorough exam of the amount of breast tissue in the lower pole and the changes in the skin, it is difficult to determine if you will have a normal round shaped breast after the implant removal.  It is best to be evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon.  Good luck.Dr. Eric Wright
