Hi Alekhya,I put a link below of breast lift patients. I would have to see photos with an index card in the crease to better answer your question, but you can see if you have a lot of tissue below the edge of this card, or it the nipple is actually below the edge, and then can say "Yes", I need a lift. Did you lose a lot of weight.....this could do it. All the best, Dr. Joe
Without photos- and the benefit of physical exam- it's difficult to comment accurately re/what you're a candidate for. Generally speaking, sagging breasts can be treated surgically with a breast fit procedure. Please, see the video attached for more info.
There are many women in your age group with sagging breasts right from puberty. A breast lift can help with the sagging, but there is the trade-off of scars on the breast. Regardless, young women who undergo breast lift surgery are highly satisfied with the results. An implant may help give you some upper pole fullness. I would suggest you get some consults to see what makes the most sense for you.
Thank you for your question. Breast augmentations, lifts, and reductions can all be used individually, or combined, to enhance the appearance of a woman's breasts. The best treatment recommendation would depend on an in-person examination or full series of photographs to identify your starting point, as well as a discussion to understand your desired end result. Thank you for your question. Without photos or more importantly, an in-person evaluation, it is nearly impossible to tell you what would be best. In general though, a full breast lift with implants can improve the appearance and feeling of the breasts. All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL
