Hi Alekhya,I put a link below of breast lift patients.  I would have to see photos with an index card in the crease to better answer your question, but you can see if you have a lot of tissue below the edge of this card, or it the nipple is actually below the edge, and then can say "Yes", I need a lift.  Did you lose a lot of weight.....this could do it.  All the best, Dr. Joe

Without photos- and the benefit of physical exam- it's difficult to comment accurately re/what you're a candidate for. Generally speaking, sagging breasts can be treated surgically with a breast fit procedure. Please, see the video attached for more info.

Surgery remains the best way to address ptotic or sagging breasts, especially if their nipple-areolar complex points downward and drop beyond the inframammary crease.  However, there are several tradeoffs such as the appearance of scar, which will take about a year to fade into an imperceptible line. Another thing to remember is that the results of breast lift surgery can be affected or even reversed by pregnancy and large weight fluctuations.  Aging also has its own effects. I hope that helps and good luck.
