I had a tummy tuck 3 months ago and I feel I am healing fine but I am worried that I may not be able to stretch my abdomen as I once did due to the incredible tightness in my lower abdomen. I'm just wondering if this is normal or if I should expect to not be as flexible as I once was. I've tried to do some simple yoga poses like the "upward facing dog" and my lower abdomen feels stretched to it's max to the point where there is some pain and it is too uncomfortable to do.
