Have you had any injections of anti-inflammatory medicine?  A combination of steroid with 5-FU and often soften and flatten these scars.  May take more than one injection.  If it does not go away completely,  it will at least be easier to revise since the scar will be softer. 

Usually no further changes are expected after 3 months from surgery. Best to discuss with your surgeon. Based on this photo, it appears you have residual under eye fat pads.

Your brow is pretty high now.  Before doing a surgery I would try some Botox to the outer brow which should give you an elevation of the temporal brow.  If you really like the way it looks, then you could consider a surgical temporal brow lift.
