I have wanted eyelid surgery for years as I have heavily hooded eyelids. My forehead is developing deep wrinkles as a result of years of holding my eyelids up by raising my eyebrows, especially when talking to people. My eyelids feel very heavy and make me look and feel more tired. However, I was told a couple of years ago by a surgeon that I was too young for eyelid surgery. Could yiu give me some advice please? Thanks
