My breasts are sagging and I’m considering getting implants. Will this produce enough of a lift and restore volume without needing a breast lift? As you can see they’re also slightly asymmetrical. I really don’t want a lift because of scaring. Thank you!

Answer: Breast lift or not Hi. Having breast implants and a breast lift would give you the most youthful and symmetric result... but you would need all of the breast lift scars. Having breast implants without the lift would give you a nice, more full result, but you would still have some sagging and asymmetry. The answer to your question depends on which one of those sounds more appealing. You just have to have a realistic idea of what to expect with each option. If you choose to avoid the lift and just have implants now, you can still elect to do a lift in the future when the sagging gets worse. As long as you understand what each procedure would accomplish, then you can decide which option to choose. Talk to a PS who is open to lots of options and can give you an idea of a realistic expectation during your consultation. Best of luck!

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
