Hi. Having breast implants and a breast lift would give you the most youthful and symmetric result... but you would need all of the breast lift scars. Having breast implants without the lift would give you a nice, more full result, but you would still have some sagging and asymmetry. The answer to your question depends on which one of those sounds more appealing. You just have to have a realistic idea of what to expect with each option. If you choose to avoid the lift and just have implants now, you can still elect to do a lift in the future when the sagging gets worse. As long as you understand what each procedure would accomplish, then you can decide which option to choose.
