Hi Sydney09Thanks for sharing the photos. Based on these images, I think that the lower breast poles look pretty symmetrical. I do not think that the left implant appears significantly lower than the right so unlikely bottoming out. Anyways, an in-person evaluation by your board-certified plastic surgeon can help you clarify any concerns and closely examine the breasts for any issue that cannot be fully noted on the photos.
Yes but just little. When your scar is under the breast, you can tell bottoming out when the implant drifts lower and to the side. To fix it, I recommend implant exchange, pocket plication and mesh placement to prevent recurrence. Best Wishes!!
Hello, thank you for your question. Difficult to say if indeed breast implants are falling too much. I would speak to your plastic surgeon about your options and see if its worth it to you to undergo surgery and recovery again. You look great but of course you know your body. Hi there! Thanks for your question! Over time your skin can stretch and your implants and breast tissue can settle into a lower position. You can have revisional surgery to adjust your breast pocket and possibly replace the implant. I recommend a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Thanks!
It is impossible to give you meaningful opinion without in person evaluation. There is breast asymmetry and areola asymmetry which may be result of breast implant contracture? It would be best to contact your original surgeon for evaluation. Good luck.
They look great. Many women experience occasional odd feelings after implants. I don it belyeve anything needs to be done.
Bottoming out is where the implant drops with time. The implant would be lower, and the distance from the nipple to the bottom fold of the breast will increase. Based on your limited photographs, the left breast does not appear to be significantly lower than the right. I would recommend visiting your surgeon and discussing your concerns.
Dear sydney09,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
There are some tell tale signs when an implant is bottoming out. The distance between the breast fold and the nipple become longer. The nipple appears to move upward. The incision if in the inframammary fold will move from the crease. An evaluation by your surgeon is encouraged to discuss your concerns.
Your photos are somewhat limited, so I would suggest meeting with your plastic surgeon and being checked. You might have developed a capsule.
Hello, thank you for your question. When thinking of sub muscular implants there is not a huge concern for nerve pain, based on the anatomy. Sometimes the nerves can stretch to accommodate the bigger breast size and so that usually take about 8-10 months approximately. In the meantime it will...
Hi & thanks for your question. Follow the instructions of the surgeon who will be operating on you. All questions and concerns should be directed to him or her. Each surgeon has their own protocol they follow. Best wishes!
Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, I believe you would achieve the best overall aesthetic by using implants. While a lift will place the nipple at a more favorable position, you will be lacking volume to the upper poles of the breast. Auto-augmentation would be great at keeping...
