My name is John de Kock. I am officially still an Executive Lounge Host at the Hilton The Hague. But I have not worked after I was diagnosed with numerous diseases. My fat percentage is practically zero due to the required intake of medication. I was referred to Drs. Tom van Eijk who works at the Esthetisch Centrum Jan Van Goyen in Amsterdam, which is part of the Medical Centre Jan van Goyen. Drs. Tom van Eijk studied at the University of Nijmegen, the University of Amsterdam and the Academic Medical Centre. I received several Sculptra treatments over a period of 6 months and the impact it had was more than skin deep. It actually gave me back my “joie de vivre”. So at 53 years, 1.76 m and 51 kg I looked like a malnourished person. With clothes I could cover up my skinny body, but I could not cover the lines in my face. So every day I was told by either family, friends, neighbors, colleagues or even people I met on the street, 'that I was so skinny and that I should eat more.' Without even asking me why I got so skinny or how I was doing. It got up to a point that I did not want to leave my house, any more then necessary and I made all kind of excuses when I was invited for social events. Though the pictures speak for themselves, they are evidence that he is a real miracle worker and the Michelangelo of this century. I can not praise and thank Drs. Updated on 12 Jul 2018: I want to start this post by saying that I have come a long way since my first treatment in the for the next appointment. beginning of 2017. The results have surpassed all my expectations . It has not only made look better it has made me look younger and sort of healthy. It has also changed the stigma about the way a sick person is perceived to look like. Which I do understand but my medical conditions are still the same. I weigh 49 kg So I'm still extremely skinny. I have been advised a menu which has a total of 4500 cal., to prevent me from losing more weight.  So having this treatments does make my face look better and it balances out my self-esteem. So I have embraced this plan B. The frequency of treatments already have been reduced compared to the first year because my facial skin has gotten so much firmer. He suggested to add another sort injectable technique with hylaronic acid (Stylage) for the next appointment. This would enhance the effect of the Sculptura treatments. So with a big family event ahead I made an new appointment at the Jan van Goyen Esthetisch Kliniek. There was an instant difference after the treatment there was even more volume in my face but is was subtle and looked so natural. I AM IN AWE. Dr Tom van Eijk is a genius, truly one of the best in this field of expertise. I may sound like a broken record, but can you blame me. Thank you Dr. Tom van Eijk.

I have been treated by Dr. van Eijk for almost ten years for Botox and occasional Restylane. He has a very gentle and conservative approach and never once have my results looked unnatural -- only like a better, more rested and relaxed version of myself. Even my best friends and husband can not tell I get injectables. Can not recommend him enough.

She visits Amsterdam for a treatment because she couldn't find such a good one in London. It is cheaper to book a ticket to Holland for a treatment than a treatment in London. So I had a treatment too in his own clinic in Laren and it is really true, he is an artist with an amazing view! The result is very natural. I'm very happy to find him!

Tom is well known , renowned doctor in Holland specialized in Botox and fillers. He is internationally know as the inventor of the Fern Pattern Technique for Restylane. Tom is good in making you feel comfortable and listens well at what a person has in mind. He gives client an honest prognoses and what he thinks would be best for her/him. I would certainly recommend him.

Dr. van Eijk is very professional and has a lot of experience! Dr. van Eijk is my personal doctor for more than ten years and he always helping me out with my cosmetic problems. He has a lot of experience with Botox, Restylane and also with otter new techniques like PRP.

My goal was to get rid of a few deep wrinkles in my cheeks but in a way which was appropriate to my age. A very capable, calm man who listens very well to what you want, gives a very honest opinion and a different kind of choices. I certainly can recommend him.
