I have no lid space and hanging eyelids as well as deep set eyes, what are my options? (Photos)

Upper blepharoplasty may be an option for you but need more detailed personal evaluation to determine. See an expert.

You could benefit from an upper blepharoplasty. This would remove excess skin above the eye and make your eye lid more visible. You may also want to think about trying Botox first to lift the eyelid and see if you are pleased with that result. I recommend speaking with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

Thanks for sharing your question. It's hard to make any definitive conclusions based on the images alone but you may have an element of excess upper eyelid skin, and actual eyelid ptosis. 
The blepharoplasty and ptosis repair are performed through the same incision at the same time. This will improve your eyelid position and reduce the amount of excess skin covering your eyelid area. This will expose more eyelid space.

What you have is droop (ptosis) of the upper eyelid, probably from the underlying muscle. What you need is an examination by an expert plastic or ophthalmic plastic surgeon who deals with this. The brow is just a symptom of the ptosis. (See the bottom picture in the attached.)
