I have big eyelids but there is skin hanging on them on one side! But both sides don't show that well anyways. I have deep set eyes. If I lift my brows my eyelids fully show in general. If i lift the skin above my eyelids they fully show as well. I'm only 21 how can the droopy side be fixed? Or, how can both eyelids be more visible? Help, please tell me all available options. Hi greetings from the UK! I've got to agree with Dr Steinsapir too. I don't think your eyes look abnormal at all. Yes you do have a minimal degree of asymmetry with a tiny degree of ptosis affecting YOUR left upper eyelid but that's pretty normal to have a degree of asymmetry.
