By mistake my mom changed the direction of the faucet and the water was hot not boiling but hot and it was my day ten would that affect my grafts!

If the water temperature was hot enough to scald your skin or burn your skin then it may be an issue.  Otherwise it should not be an issue.

Hot water can theoretically burn the skin and compromise the "soil" that your new grafts have been planted in.  Minimization of damage to your "soil" or scalp will help you realize improved results.  A burn to the area could lead to devastation of the grafts.  Best Anil Shah

After your operation the first week you have to be very careful with the water's temperature. However, after 10 days if the water was not boiling and  not give you a burn than it should be ok.

Hot water will not hurt your grafts as long as it is not boiling and hot enough to cause a burn.
