I had rhinoplasty 3 months ago and had ear cartilage added to the bridge but it still hasn't given me enough definition and projection. Can I get fillers just to the bridge on top of the cartilage or would that be a bad idea (would it harm or disrupt the underlying cartilage?). Are there any potential risks? Also, what kind of filler would you recommend?
