2 months post otoplasty can I wear a hat or bend over?

It's been 2 months and 15 days since i had an otoplasty.Can i wear a beanie or would this be a problem?Also are bending moves safe at this point?

It all depends on how you are healing as everyone’s healing process is different. I usually tell my patients that healing time for otoplasty can take between two weeks and three months, depending on what activities you are asking about. As far as wearing hats or bending moves I suggest consulting with your doctor on if you are at the right stage in your healing process. In certain cases wearing hats or headbands can be beneficial post op. As always I recommend always consulting with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. It is normally quite see to wear a hat or beanie at two months post otoplasty.  Different techniques are use for this surgery so it is always best to check with your plastic surgeon as well.
