Hello, and thank you for this question. There are many factors that determine how long it will take your implants to settle. What is the quality of your skin envelope and how will the reconstruction be done.
Thank you for your excellent question. Sientra high strength cohesive gel implants, so called "gummy bear" implants, come in both round and textured surfaces for breast augmentation and reconstruction. Smooth implants will typically settle around 4 weeks after surgery, though final results may take several months.
