My philtrum is large (17.5 mm) and I would like to get It reduced. However my upper lip is already pretty big, if not equal to my bottom, and I know lip lifts enhance the size of the upper lip. I only want the length of the philtrum to be reduced. So is it possible to just have the philtrum reduced?
