Hello and thank you for posting a photo along with your question. A picture of what your chest looked like before would really be helpful as would knowing exactly what procedures were performed (lipo, gland removal etc...) It does appear that you may have some excess skin left over and that your nipples are pointing downwards and are a little low. This may improve with time and if you get some skin retraction but I think its highly unlikely that it will change much. From your photos it seems as though you will need some type of skin tightening procedure and the nipples will need to be moved in a slightly higher position. The only way to know for sure is after an in person evaluation. Please make sure you are seen by a board certified plastic surgeon. As far as working out goes...It is best to ask your surgeon what they recommend but I usually tell my patients its ok to go back to working out at 4-6 weeks as long as there are no issues during the post op recovery process.
